This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern the use of the CV Writing Service (the "Service") offered by Sprout CV ABN: 39767949013 (the "Company"). By using the Service, you ("You," "Customer," or "Client") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use the Service.
Service Description:
The Service provides professional CV writing services on a pay-by-page basis. Sprout CV offers remote resume curation in a collaborative setting. No consultation or call options available. Please visit our Bloom CV(bloom.cv), our sister company, to explore virtually interactive services.
Customer Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the Service to use in creating the custom CV. You are also responsible for reviewing the final draft of the CV and providing any necessary revisions.
Payment Terms:
Payment for the Service is due in full at the time of order placement. The Service will not begin until payment has been received.
Revision Policy:
The Service provides unlimited revisions with reason for the custom CV. Any additional revisions after the final draft has been shared will incur additional fees. You have 2 business days from the date of receipt of the final draft to request revisions.
Delivery Policy:
The Service will deliver the final draft of the custom CV in electronic format within 7 business days of receipt of payment. This delivery is subject to change depending on your availability to collaborate on the CV content.
Service Termination:
The Company may terminate the service if the customer provides false or misleading information. In this instance, no refund will be provided.
Quality Disclaimer:
While the Company is committed to providing high-quality CV writing services, the Company cannot guarantee that you will achieve specific results or outcomes. The writing process is a collaborative effort, and success ultimately depends on your commitment and effort in providing accurate and relevant information.
Warranty Disclaimer:
The Service provides the custom CV "as is" and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Service or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the Service for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of the use of the Service or the inability to use the Service, or for any information or services obtained through the Service, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of damages.
